The first important step to run mass production the the anti static vacuum formed blister tray,
is to make sure compounds is dry enough.
for examples, the pre-dry conductive is 80°C by 4~5 hours for HIPS conductive master batch
blending with PS resin.
and then, you need to adjust the working temperature start from 150°C then increase by 5°C
each time, stop incrase it until the compounds is fully melted, then you can go ahead to run
mass production.
