TPU Conductive Master Batch + Carbon Nano Tube (CNT)

It is so happy to have your attention to our new product, the conductive CNT Master Batch series.
We have established our new productions for CNT series since last October.
The Full Name of CNT is Carbon Nano Tube, it is multy walled CNT.
With the characteristics of good dispersity, stable resistivity and low filling percentage.
The stable resistivity is reflected in the narrow range of S/R,
for example, the S/R ranges from 10E5-7 ohms by conductive carbon black master batch,
it can keeps 10E5-6 ohms if filled with Conductive CNT master batch.
The low content in master batch is refelcted in its 1/5 weight in compare with that of carbon black
master batch.
For example, the weight of carbon black is 1kg in 10 kgs of TPU Conductive master batch, while it
is only 200g of CNT in same master batch.
That is to say, most parts contents are basic plastics in the master batch, which remains the basic
characteristics of TPU at the most possibility.
The long cells of CNT also reserve a great advange of no/very few migration from finished products.
