Polyphenylene Oxide + Carbon Nano Tube In Granules Conductive Master Batch Used For IC Tray

 

FD1115, is a conductive master batch composited by PPO and CNT, which is a perfect conductive

filler used for IC tray.

CNT was discovered in January 1991 by sumio Iijima, a physicist at NEC Laboratory in Tsukuba,

Japan, using a high-resolution transmission electron microscope from carbon fiber products prod

-uced by the arc process. It is a kind of tube carbon molecule, each carbon atom on the tube takes

sp2 hybridization, with carbon - carbon σ bond between each other, forming a honeycomb structure

composed of hexagons as the skeleton of carbon nanotube.

 

It enjoys a feature of no dust be detected no ever how long the IC Tray after formed have been used,

no pollution, really a good filler for conductive compounds of IC Tray.

 

Density is 1.15 kg/cm3

Surface Resistivity is less than 30 Ohms.
