Description & Technology
Conductive HDPE FR MB taking HDPE as carrier resin, high efficient flame retardant agent and imported
super conductive carbon black as main functional agent compound with dispersion agent manufactured
by imported internal mixer equipment. ‘SUGO’ MB is a kind of upstream product in Flame Retardant &
Electric conductivity Pipe material which makes anti static property below 10E6Ω while flame retardant
property up to V-0 grade. Compare to Brominates Flame Retardant agent, ‘SUGO’ MB melt well with
other resin which making product surface smooth and glossing, easier to process.

• Applied to HDPE injection molding and extrusion technology
Application
• Applied to HDPE mash gas pipe, vent pipe, white washing, water giving and drain pipe, etc. Not only
suitable for PE FRAS pipe, but also for enhanced FRAS pipe by steel wire wrapping.
