Used For ESD Helmet
This is a special antistatic ABS compounds used for ESD Helmet.
We all know that within mines, there are several sources of static electricity, such as static electricity from the human
body, non-metallic materials, dust/liquid mist, and frictional static electricity from equipment. These factors can
create conditions for static electricity to accumulate. Excessive static electricity accumulation can cause explosions
due to static discharge, posing a devastating threat to the safety of both mine workers and the mine itself.
To ensure their own safety, personnel working in mines must ensure that all tools they use have anti-static properties,
including helmet.
ABS H4119NC was developed specifically to solve the issue of static electricity's accumulation. We not only ensure the
helmet's stable anti-static properties (ESD value 10^9-10 ohm/sq), but also achieve an exceptionally high impact
strength of 50 kg-cm/cm.
Furthermore, we make it possible to have different colors of helmets used for different types of work. The ABS
H4119NC can be manufactured in various colors, such as red, white, blue, yellow, blue, or any other colors required by
the customer.
