Product Description
TPU Anti Static Master Batch
With TPU plastic material as the base material, high purity and high quality anti static with high
structure, large specific surface area, less surface functional groups and high processing perfor
-mance is selected as the anti static additive. Through secondary mixing, the anti static additives
is evenly distributed in the TPU base material, and the TPU anti-static masterbatch is obtained
by modification.
Characteristics of TPU antistatic masterbatch:
1. Antistatic effect immediately effective,
2. Effective permanently;
3. It has little dependence on humidity and can maintain antistatic effect in extremely low humidity environment.
4. Light color surface, no powder;
5. Excellent thermal stability, can be adapted to the processing temperature of TPU materials;
6. It has little effect on the hardness of TPU substrate, and has good elasticity and elongation.
7. Uniform conductivity, small resistance jump, will not change the anti-static effect because of surface wear;
8. It can be recycled and used again and still has better anti-static performance;
