Product Description
Antistatic Masterbatches are for commodity plastics. Commodity plastics by nature possess an electrical insulating property which gives them the potential to built-up high static charge on their surfaces due to friction caused by dry air moving over them or movement against other the surfaces.
Antistatic Masterbatch has been designed specially to meet the needs of polystyrene cups and thermoforming sheets that helps in elimination of dust deposits and other related aesthetic and contamination problems that are encountered during their storage and use in dry climatic, environmental conditions.
Applicable scope
1. This product is with High content of antistatic agent, can join less proportion It could effectively reduce customers’ costs.
2. Good dispersion performance, film transparency, optical properties, mechanical strength and heat sealing performance will not be affected,the plastic film can be in contact with food directly.
3. High efficiency, join 1.5~2% antistatic masterbatch into BOPP film core layer. In 3-5 days, the resistivity of plastic film surface dropped to below 1011 ohm, CPP and IPP film can be dropped to below 109~1010ohms.
4. During the production of thinner film, in cool winter, or in low temperature environment, suggest appropriately increase the masterbatch amount.
