Dosing: The recommended dosage of our PE Conductive Masterbatch is typically 50-65% by weight, but this can be adjusted

according to the specific requirements of the final product and the base resin used, gives surface resistivity of 10^3-6 Ω/m².

 

Mixing: Thoroughly mix the masterbatch with the PE resin before the blow - molding process. Mechanical mixing equipment

can be used to ensure uniform distribution.

 

Processing: The masterbatch - resin mixture can be processed using standard blow - molding equipment and procedures, with

no significant adjustments to the normal processing parameters required in most cases.
